Chinese brothers, sisters, and guests from Margaret Avenue Church, Willowdale Church and Port Credit Church gathered together at New Apostolic Church in Port Credit on Sunday, June 25, 2017 for our Tri-District Chinese Focus Group Service, which was held by Ap. Sobottka.
　
This is the preparatory divine service for the departed with Bible verse from Psalm 88:10–11: “Will You work wonders for the dead? Shall the dead arise and praise You? Shall Your lovingkindness be declared in the grave? Or Your faithfulness in the place of destruction?” The service was conducted by Ap. Sobottka and translated into Chinese by Ev. Truong, Ev. Zhu assisted the service in Chinese. D.E. Latorcai prepared the way for the Holy Communion.

　

During the service, Michael Tang and Johnny Li Tang were baptized by Ap. Sobottka first and then Jenny Li join them for Holy Sealing conducted by Ap. Sobottka. We all were pleased to witness this great moment and warmly welcome Tang’s family of three(3) to join our Heavenly Father’s family: New Apostolic Church!
　
The service was followed by lunch fellowship with catered Chinese food and total of 87 Chinese brothers, sisters, guests, and Port Credit local members participated this great event and enjoyed the fellowship and friendship together!
